•  Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or services of Magic Art’s or Twisted Read Horror’s websites or any part of their online business ecosystem.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Twisted Read Horror provides all content and services on an “as is” basis.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisted Read Horror shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its websites or its products.


Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
